Project Overview
At the inception of ASQA as a national authority, the communications team recognised the power of SharePoint to deliver an efficient and manageable intranet solution. Sope were approached to provide SharePoint consulting support during the implementation and as ongoing support partners.
With 8 offices setup across Australia it was vital that ASQA had an easily accessible online site that staff could refer to with information that is up to date and easy to find.
Execution
The site was christened "Reggie" by the communications team was launched in 2011. Since this time Reggie has become an icon at ASQA and is a critical communication and business tool.
As the SharePoint support partner, Sope have continued to play a vital role in ensuring Reggie runs smoothly and is available to use whenever it is required. This includes:
• Monitoring the infrastructure
• Ensuring the operating systems are patched
• Upgrading SharePoint when it's required
In collaboration with the Reggie communications team. Sope have developed several visual and functional enhancements including:
• Visual redesign and SharePoint upgrade
• Auditor Online for external access by panel auditors
• Investigations Case Management System with tablet integration
Sope are a critical partner of ASQA and continue to provide a range of services that contributes to continuous improvement of Reggie to ensure it remains relevant and a productive tool for all ASQA staff.
